Jury rules that Apple did not intentionally delete non-iTunes songs

A jury has ruled in favor of Apple, in a class-action lawsuit that found lawyers accusing the company of deleting non-iTunes tracks off of user’s iPods. The eight person jury came to an unanimous decision after only three hours of deliberation, after taking nearly 10 years for plaintiff’s to bring the case to trial.
