Musicians and friends Josh Warren and Pete Jonas know how to write great songs with jazzy vibes. Releasing their first EP This Town Ain’t Big Enough for The Both of Us on Friday, former California residents Jonas and Warren as they call themselves have written a track that is unique and perfect for college radio stations. The song “New Tenants,” which is This Town’s…opening number, was recorded at California’s Chapman University in a small studio that no one knew about. Incorporating horns, fuzzy guitars, and quiet vocals, the track is a colorful one. While each song on their EP is vastly different from each other, “New Tenants” is a wonderful introduction to this new duo and their engaging style. Take a listen to “New Tenants” below.
