Live Nation has now closed a deal where they have controlling interest in Austin, Texas concert promotion company C3 Presents. The company promotes festivals such as Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits, and other major festivals. Live Nation now holds a 51% stake in C3 Presents. It has been estimated that C3 is worth somewhere between $250 million, making the actual ownership stake worth $125 million. C3 wrote the following statement earlier today.
