Louis Tomlinson has teamed up with DJ Steve Aoki to release his first solo track “Just Hold On.” Dedicated to the memory of Tomlinson’s mother Johanna Deakin who just died from a battle with leukemia, he will be performing the song for the first time live tonight on the X Factor UK in honor of her.
