The Maine have tweeted that fans in Austin, Texas should keep their schedules open for Wednesday night (the 18th.) For anyone not in the know, this is when SXSW is happening. The band also added the hashtag #americancandy to the tweet, which is the title of their new record coming out in a few weeks. While I don’t know exactly what’s happening, I’ll certainly be going.
I am a massive fan of these guys and their live shows have always been excellent. If you are going to SXSW or if they are coming to your city on the American Candy tour, I highly suggest you get tickets to see them. It’s one huge party every show.
