Bob Dylan plans to release a new album later this year. According to a message on his web site, the new album could possibly be called Shadows In The Night. Dylan has shared the albums first track, a cover of Frank Sinatra’s song “Full Moon and Empty Arms.” You can listen to the song over at his web site. He will began his European tour on June 16th.
