Near Death Experience Smash It With “Moves”

Near Death Experience are the London rock band who are making plenty of sonance with their latest track ‘Moves‘. It comes not long after their previous release ‘Conquer’, but it brings something new to the table.

Moves‘ will clearly become a firm favorite from the upcoming rockers upon listening. As they keep stirring up their sound, and this one gives the music foundation more air to breath. It starts with lead singer, Ian Whiteling working his divination with a vocal which delights. He sings with vigor, and it is easy to get onto his wavelength with him connecting a message which many of us will be able to relate.

The chorus strikes hard, and as the band glides through the song in an agile fashion. The energy seeps out, and it will take you into the band’s realm instantly with their thumping arrangement. Also, once the chorus finishes, the excitement does not stop, as the guitar rhythm picks up momentum and strums away alongside the drum to take us back to down to earth.

Overall, ‘Moves‘ is a solid treat. While it has plenty of indie qualities, with many you might have heard over the past few years, fixes itself into a new position with a sound which is unique to the group. However, they are not re-inventing the wheel, just adding to it.

It is still the early days for this group, and it is a shame we went into lockdown because it is getting in the way of their summer concert plans. But, luckily, they have still been able to knuckle down in the studio, and their commitment is paying off.
